General conditions about booking

These present general conditions are an integral part of the contract stipulated with Gestioni Immobiliari di Bonomo Giovanna, Via Prestisimone 4, 90015 Cefalù.

Booking and contract drafting

Contract drafting with Gestioni Immobiliari takes place with a booking in verbal, in writing (including e-mail), or online (including internet).
Booking a structure, you accept the booking conditions without any exception or conditionally.

Services and costs

If not otherwise specified, the published prices are considered as weekly costs for the entire rental of the apartment In general, the minimum permanence is 7 nights (in high season) with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Possible exceptions have to be confirmed in written by Gestioni Immobiliari.
Unless otherwise specified, energy consumptions costs, final cleaning and tourist tax are not included in price and these have to be paid locally.
Possible supplementary services demanded by the customer (like extra cleaning, extra change of linen) have to be paid locally.

Payments conditions

To assure the booking, it’s requested a deposit of 30% of the total amount stipulated for the rental. The payment can be made either by credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), by payment service online (Paypal) by bank transfer or postal order.
This deposit has to be paid within and no later than 5 days before the booking date.
If the payment isn’t due within the prescribed time, Gestioni Immobiliari reserves the right to consider the booking not valid.
The remaining balance has to be paid locally, either by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), by payment service online (Paypal), by bank transfer, by postal order or with cash (if the total amount of the apartment is equal and not higher to 999,99 €, according the current regulations).

Changes

In case the customer wants to modify the booked reservation, he has to inform Gestioni Immobiliari as soon as possible. If it is possible, Gestioni Immobiliari will apply these changes.
In case Gestioni Immobiliari cannot apply these changes and the client cannot respect the terms of reservation, the booking will be cancelled and the customer has to pay the cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees

The client can cancel his reservation according these modalities:
until 30 days before the arrival day: penalty of 30% on tourist quota;
from 29 to 7 days before the arrival day: penalty of 50% on tourist quota;
from 6 days to 1 day before e arrival day: penalty of 100% on tourist quota.
Requests of cancellation can be accepted only in written.
We regret but we cannot make any exceptions for the cancellation fees, for any reasons, including personal emergences.

Departures, arrivals and short stays

The key delivery is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m at Gestioni Immobiliari, Via Prestisimone, n. 4, Cefalù.
We ask guests to vacate their apartments within and no later than 10:00 a.m in the departure day.
Possible changes about the arrival and departure hour have to be communicated and agreed with the agency. If the guest doesn’t arrive within the agreed time and has not communicated the delay, the agency declines all responsibility.
In case client cannot occupy the apartment for the established day of his arrival, due to some problems, like traffic, strike or personal reasons, any refund is expected.
It is valid in case of early departures too.
During the high season, the waiting time for key delivery can be very long.

Stay norms and tenant duties

Number of tenants
The occupation of the apartment is limited to number of people specified on the voucher confirmation (including children and babies). During the rental it’s forbidden the entrance for extra people and we will ask you to hand back the keys.

Cleanings kitchen

The cleaning of kitchen’s accessories like crockery and cutlery is tenant responsibility and it isn’t included in the final cleaning.
If the tenant doesn’t clean kitchen’s accessories, the agency has the right to debited an extra cost equal to 15,00 €.

Behavior and responsibility

The tenant has the duty to keep the apartment with diligence, respecting all rules.
Possible damages caused by the tenant or other people have to be pointed out immediately.
It’s tenant responsibility for any damages caused by him or other people. The damage cost can be detracted from breakage deposit.

Breakage deposit

Possible damages caused to the apartment have signalized immediately. For this reason will be requested a breakage deposit at arrival, equal to 15,00 €.
This will be returned upon departure after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

Complaints

The tenant has the right to control all the accessories and to signalize any problems to agency within 24 hours since keys delivery. Any compliant reached after or at the end of the stay isn’t made in consideration.

Imputable responsibilities to Gestioni Immobiliari

If for any reason beyond its control, including force major, Gestioni Immobiliari is unable to provide to the client the apartment booked, Gestioni Immobiliari reserves the right to transfer guests, upon agreement, to a similar apartment.
If however, no agreement can be reached, Gestioni Immobiliari is obliged to cancel the booking and to refund the tenants only the rental price he paid. Any other kind of refund is excluded.
Gestioni Immobiliari declines all responsibility in case of problems like the loss of tenant goods and money. Gestioni Immobiliari hasn’t the responsibility about any damages caused to people or things that can be verified during the stay.

Privacy

In compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003 concerning “Law regarding the protection of personal data”, we inform you that your personal data inserted in the booking form, will be processed by Gestioni Immobiliari agency in full compliance of this Law, exclusively for purposes connected to booking service and to send offers by e-mail.
The sending of the deposit declares the acceptation of the client about personal data processing inserted in the booking form for purposes above mentioned.
The customer declares to have read all contract conditions and to approve integrally and unconditionally.

Competent court

The relationship between the customer and Gestioni Immobiliari is subject to Italian Law. In case of any dispute relating to the contract, the court of Termini Imerese (PA) will be the only competent body.
